No Professional Relationship

Use of our website and services does not create any professional relationship between you and Home Pro Dispatch. All services are performed by independent, third-party contractors. Any agreement for services is between you and the contractor directly.

2. Independent Contractors

All professionals in our network are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Home Pro Dispatch. While we verify licenses and insurance at the time of onboarding, we:

• Do not continuously monitor or verify ongoing licensing status
• Are not responsible for the quality, safety, or completion of work performed
• Are not a party to any contract between you and the matched professional
• Do not guarantee that any specific professional will be available or accept your request

You are responsible for independently verifying a contractor's credentials, insurance, and references before authorizing work to begin.

10. SMS Messaging Program — Terms & Conditions

Program Description

When you opt in to our SMS service by submitting a lead form on HomeProDispatch.com or HomeProCertified.net, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. You can then expect to receive Home Pro Dispatch and HomePro Certified alerts, quote updates, appointment confirmations, scheduling offers, and follow-up reminders related to your service request.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received a message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply re-submit a form on our website or text START to the same number and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
